Nominal scale

It is a system of assigning number symbols to in order to label the events. For example when there is assignment o numbers to basket ballplayers for the purpose of their identification.   2. There are 4 types of Measurement Scales:
    1. Nominal: Names,Categories, Counts: Eg. Colors, Names
    2. Ordinal: Order, Rank. Eg. First, Second, Third
    3. Interval: Eg. Temperature
    4. Ratio: Eg. Time, Weight, Distance

    These are used as per the data specific to research
